We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. We ask that you ship the items back to us within 30 days of delivery.
If you have purchased from one of our stockists e.g John Lewis, Dunelm, Amazon - you will need to return this to them and not directly to our warehouse in Barnsley. If you are unsatisfied after this, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
We can’t accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalised orders nor digital downloads.
Cancellations
We don’t accept cancellations if this is raised after 3pm (GMT) on the day of the order placed.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If an item has been brought in the sale, or during certain site promotions where price reductions are applied then you may return it within 7 days.
